We understand that plans can change. Should you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please do so via the link in your booking confirmation, by emailing reservations@parisbutter.co.nz, or by calling us on 09 376 5597.

We kindly ask that all cancellations or amendments be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees

Paris Butter reserves the right to charge the full menu price per person in the following circumstances:

1. A reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

2. Guests fail to arrive for their reservation. Reservations will be considered a no-show after 30 minutes.

3. The number of guests attending is reduced by one or more without prior notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we always aim to approach these situations with care and understanding. In cases of genuine emergencies, such as a bereavement or serious illness, we are happy to waive cancellation fees.

We simply ask that you contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Where applicable, cancellation fees will be charged to the card held securely on file, and the person responsible for the reservation will be notified by email.
