The jewel in the Jaboulet collection has always been the legendary ‘La Chapelle’ Hermitage, which has been ranked among the twelve greatest wines of the 20th century.
Chef Nick Honeyman and his team are creating an exclusive 5 course menu, including caviar, crayfish and duck, specifically designed to match the outstanding wines.

Chef Nick Honeyman and Mixologist Mikey Ball worked together 8 years ago - now they are coming back together for an inventive Fun-dining experience inspired by "French Classics".
Mikey only recently returned to New Zealand from Dandelyan in London, which was voted the 'World’s Best Cocktail Bar'. Limited to 40 guests.
