Astrolabe is a personal project for winemaker Simon Waghorn and his wife, Jane. Together with Cloudy Bay Clams they are hosting an outstanding dinner highlighting some of Marlborough's best. Chef Nick Honeyman and our team will create a five course degustation menu with wine matches from the attending varietal wine expert, Simon Waghorn of Astrolabe Wines.
