As Paris Butter celebrates nine years of redefining fine dining in New Zealand, we’re marking the occasion with an extraordinary two-night collaboration featuring Michelin-starred chef Nick Honeyman from Le Petit Léon (France) and Zennon Wijlens from Paris Butter (Auckland). To complete this world-class lineup, Will Goldfarb—Netflix Chef’s Table star and World’s Best Pastry Chef (World’s 50 Best, 2021)—will be bringing his legendary desserts to the table.
